About
I am an experienced and trusted business advisor helping clients to drive and achieve improved business performance. With a strong financial background, I have an intimate understanding of ‘the numbers’ and the importance of commercial strategy in all business planning initiatives.
I question all aspects of clients business models in tandem with their objectives and aspirations. Together we develop new business models and/or re-align existing thinking where required.
My consulting style is ‘hands on’ and my nature is to challenge conventional thinking. I focus on growth strategies, the people issues and financial performance.
My management experience is ‘broad-based’ with an emphasis on developing business and improving financial performance, and when working with clients I am motivational and collaborative. I have operated at Board level in engineering, manufacturing and service-based companies for in excess of 30 years, both in the UK and internationally.
In addition to consulting work I mentor technology innovators as part of a successful accelerator programme.
